    Afnamecondities

    Altijd een volle C5g buis afnemen
    De afnamebuis (citraat, blauwe dop) moet goed gevuld zijn (maximaal +/-10% afwijking van het beoogde vulvolume van de afnamebuis). Bloed voor stollingsbepalingen moet worden afgenomen d.m.v. een venapunctie (bij uitzondering m.b.v. een lijn/- katheter afname, waarbij vooraf een dummybuis moet worden afgenomen ivm eventuele contaminatie). Capillaire afname heeft het risico op stollingsactivatie en vochtbijmenging en daarmee op foutieve uitslagen. In het geval dat een venapunctie of een lijnafname echt niet mogelijk is, kan alleen na overleg met de dienstdoende klinisch chemicus (tel. 73510), een capillaire afname worden afgesproken. Voorkom onbedoelde bijmenging met infuusvleostof of heparine. Zie hier voor preanalytische eisen.
